How can I pay?
We are happy to accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Meastro, Solo, American Express, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is Navy&Brown?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I Need a Paypal Account to Pay?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.


We aim to deliver your purchased items within four to seven working days from time of dispatch. Items will be dispatched once payment has been approved.

Items will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Recorded.

Navy&Brown are committed to providing good value for money to our customers - we do not make any profit on p&p charges. Postage charges are determined by the size and weight of the item + the cost of packaging.

All orders are carefully and lovingly packaged.


For online purchases you are entitled to a full refund for an item within seven days following the date on your receipt. Alternatively a credit note can be issued.

Online SALE purchases are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange so please contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase.

Navy&Brown cannot refund the cost of postage and packaging.

Before returning an item you must first contact Navy&Brown at quoting your order number and reason for return. Once we have received this information, we will email you with a returns number and the appropriate address for returning the item.

You must then return the item to Navy&Brown within seven days of receipt. The item must be in the condition it was sold and in the original packaging. The return reference number should be clearly stated external packaging. We will contact you once the item has been received and issue you with either a refund (minus p&p charges) or a credit note.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Navy&Brown cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
